How practice works on pilgrimage
This is not a technique workshop or a checklist to “open chakras.” It’s a retreat on wheels—thirty days of shared practice in sacred places. What repeats is simple:

  • Meditation in sacred sites (quiet sitting/walking, presence)
  • Teachings from Dawa—context, meaning, and guidance for the day
  • Informal check-ins & reflection—sharing what’s moving, with care
  • Companionship—learning to travel kindly with ourselves and each other

The 7 Chakras

From the awakening of the 1st or “root” chakra all the way to the awakening of the 7th or “crown” chakra, our life force ascends through our body to awaken us fully to our potential and purpose in this world: to serve, to love and to be loved. Every chakra has within it a unique lesson and stage of evolution for the individual and for the collective.
